National Design is a leading manufacturer and importer for the
souvenir, gift and chain retail channels. Our goal is to make your
working relationship with National Design pleasant, professional, and
profitable by providing superior quality products backed with attentive
and reliable customer service.
MINIMUM ORDER: $250
per billing address
DROP SHIPMENTS: Add
$15.00 per shipping address to ship to more than one location. Minimum
order size is $100 per location
PACKOUTS: Special
packaging quotes required to change packouts shown. Prices shown do not
apply for custom packouts that vary from shown.
CANCELLATIONS/ORDER CHANGES:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing orders. Change
requests or cancellations after production begins will be charged for
any production costs incurred plus a cancellation fee of $100 when
appropriate.
RUSH ORDERS: A rush
charge of the greater of $25 or 10% will be added if product is to be
delivered in less than standard quoted lead time.
SETUPS: Full Color:
$50 for 1-5 products with same design. FREE on exact reorders;
Silkscreen: FREE 1-color text; $30 for logos, FREE on exact reorders;
Custom Imports: Setup as indicated.
DESIGN CHARGES:
Custom artwork created or modified by our art department will be billed
at $50 per hour. Any customer changes to artwork will be billed an
additional $50 setup. The customer will be contacted prior to order
processing when additional charges apply. Straight line copy changes
will be billed $12.
SHIPPING: Orders
ship FOB Shelbyville, Tennessee unless otherwise noted. All orders ship
best way at customer's expense unless specified. Shipping charges for
overnight and second day delivery will be billed at customer's expense.
LEAD TIMES:
Production lead time begins after graphics, samples, and credit are
approved.
Stock Product: Shipping 3-5
working days.
Custom Product: Shipping in
10-15 working days.
Custom Imported Product:
Shipping in 120 days
Mixed Product: Shipped in 10-20 working days.
3rd Party Labeling & Blistercard: Allow 6-8 weeks
Orders over 10,000 pieces: Please call for turnaround time.
RETURN POLICY:
Customer service must be contacted before any action or for
authorization. Returns and adjustments will be accepted up to 60 days
from ship date. |

ART REQUIREMENTS: We strongly encourage
high-resolution images with a minimum of 300 dpi/150 lpi n the following
formats: Freehand, Photoshop, or Illustrator. We can accept Corel Draw
and Acrobat PDF files, but this may delay processing.
One-color and multi-color imprints require
black-and-white camera-ready art, a PMS color breakdown, or digital art.
Files containing text must include fonts or text converted to paths.
Art must be sized to approximate imprint area for
best results. Artwork will be returned upon request. Art for repeat
orders is kept on file by purchase order number for 12 months.
SPECIAL NOTE: Process color is the blending of
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black to provide a wide array of pleasing
colors. Since they are not comprised of pigments, process colors provide
an approximate color match, but not an exact PMS match. PMS color
references will be converted to process colors known as CMYK. A Pantone
Process Color Imaging Guide can be used to reference similar CMYK
values.
